ASHLAND CITY COUNCIL

PLANNING MEETING

SEPTEMBER 5, 2006

The Ashland City Council met for a regular Planning Meeting on September 5, 2006 at 4:00 P.M. with Mayor Terry Turner and Council Members Zeola D. Echols, Bobbie J. Steed, Gail E. Thompson, Rebecca G. Boddie and Mike Beale present.  Attendance record attached.

General discussions were held on removal of Item No. 1 under Old Business due to the fact that City Attorney John K. Johnson was rewriting the Animal Ordinance so that it only pertained to dogs and not ready for approval.

There were no actions taken at the meeting.  Meeting was adjourned until 5:00 P.M. when the Regular Council meeting would begin.
