ASHLAND CITY COUNCIL

PLANNING MEETING

JULY 16, 2007

      The Ashland City Council met for a regular Planning Meeting on July 16, 2007 at 4:00 P.M. with Mayor Terry Turner, Council Members Zeola D. Echols, Bobbie J. Steed,  Gail E. Thompson, Rebecca G. Boddie and Mike Beale. Also present was  Asst. City Clerk Donna J. Bennett, Maintenance Supervisor Randy Hanners, Police Chief Benny Davis, Code Enforcement Officer Terry Raughton, John Bowlin of Jones, Blair, Waldrup & Tucker, Inc., Baron Sandlin and Austin Luker of the Clay Times-Journal.

     Discussion was held on the ongoing Senior Center Project, the Northside Park Project, setting up of a meeting with Cathy Back and Cathy Gerachis and the opening of a restaurant/arcade on the square.  No business was conducted.

     Meeting was adjourned until 5:00 P.M. when the Regular Council meeting would begin.
