ASHLAND CITY COUNCIL

PLANNING MEETING

FEBRUARY 5, 2007

      The Ashland City Council met for a regular Planning Meeting on February 5, 2007 at 4:00 P.M. with Mayor Terry Turner and Council Members Zeola D. Echols, Bobbie J. Steed, Gail E. Thompson and Mike Beale present. Also present were Asst. City Clerk Donna Bennett, Police Chief Benny Davis, Fire Chief Randy Mitchell, Maintenance Supervisor Randy Hanners, Louise Campbell, Jim Anderson, Cathy Back and Austin Luker of the Clay Times Journal.  Attendance record attached. 

     Cathy Back of Community VisionWorks, LLC addressed the Mayor and Council and distributed handouts concerning the drafting of a plan to revitalize the Courthouse Square.  General discussion was held, but no action was taken at this meeting.

     Meeting was adjourned until 5:00 P.M. when the Regular Council meeting would begin.
