ASHLAND CITY COUNCIL

PLANNING MEETING

AUGUST 7, 2006 @ 4:00 P.M.

The Ashland City Council met for a regular Planning Meeting on August 7, 2006 at 4:00 P.M. with Mayor Terry Turner and Council Members Zeola D. Echols, Bobbie J. Steed and Rebecca G. Boddie present. City Attorney John K. Johnson was also in attendance.  Attendance record attached.

General discussions were held on the Fair Labors Standard Act and the eligibility of the Chief of Police for compensatory time, vandalism at the City park, appointments to the Water Works & Sewer Board and the Sweepstakes businesses.

There were no actions taken at the meeting.  Meeting was adjourned until 5:00 P.M. when the Regular Council meeting would begin.
